Where our giving goes
Every homeowner who completes an interview with us chooses a charity, and Closeout Call makes a donation to it. Part of every client payment also goes to two causes we've chosen ourselves.

How it works
After every completed interview
The homeowner picks any registered charity, and we record a $20 donation to it. It's the same for everyone, whatever they told us — it's a thank-you for their time, not their answers.
Every time a client pays us
We set aside part of the payment for giving, the same day, in a separate account.
At the end of each quarter
We make every homeowner-chosen donation first, email each homeowner to confirm theirs was sent, then give what remains to the two causes we've chosen.
As we grow
Once our giving account can carry it, homeowner donations will go out within two business days instead of once a quarter.
Donations are made and paid for by Closeout Call. They're a thank-you from our company, so they aren't tax-deductible for homeowners. We never publish homeowners' names.
