Your leads, called and explained.
When a client's leads don't turn into jobs, the contractor blames the leads and the agency blames the follow-up. Nobody asks the homeowners. We do.
We call the homeowners who received your client's estimate and didn't sign, and report what actually happened — so you can show your client whether the problem is the leads, the estimate, or what happened after it.
Two ways to work together
Referral
You introduce the contractor. We contract with them directly, run the Lost-Bid Review, and share the findings with you if they agree.
You earn 15% of their first paid engagement with us.
White label
You offer the Lost-Bid Review as part of your service. We make the calls and write the report; it can carry your agency's name.
Partner price: $1,450 per review. You set your own price to your client.
What stays the same either way
The contractor authorizes every call. In writing, with the script approved word for word and any name off limits.
Calls are made for the contractor. We identify ourselves as handling follow-up for their company — never as a marketing agency.
Their customers' information stays theirs. Used only for the review and deleted when it's done.
We report what homeowners said. Including when the problem turns out to be the leads. That honesty is what makes the report worth showing a client.
We don't pitch your clients. For clients you bring us, we deliver the review only. We won't sell them ads, SEO or websites.
One remodeler per area. Our area limit applies to partner clients too, so check availability before you offer it.
What your client gets
Twenty quotes from the last six months called, three attempts each. Live leads passed to the contractor the same day. A written report on who hired someone else and why, who's still deciding, and where the price landed — with each reason sorted into lead quality, the estimate, or follow-up.
